Are there any additional charges?

 

No, there are no upfront payments or any hidden charges. You will pay only the monthly rental fee which will be reflected on your Enbridge Gas Distribution Bill.

How will I be billed for the Furnace Rental?

 

You will be billed by Enbridge Gas Distribution and Furnace rental charges will appear in the Other Companies section of your Enbridge Gas Distribution Bill.

What happens if I move?

 

No Problem? Similar to hot water tank rentals, HVAC units stay with the home and new homeowner can simply assume the existing rental and you have no further obligations or concerns. You also have an option to buy out this equipment and sell it as part of home’s price.

What if my furnace breaks?

 

No Problem, with furnace rent to own program you are fully covered for all parts and labour during the rental term. Furnace replacement is also included in the even the equipment cannot be repaired. If you need a service call or experience technical difficulties with the equipment call us and we will dispatch technician in a timely manner.

How can I receive IESO Furnace Rebate?

• Once the installation is completed, will enter your online incentive form and ensure that all equipment serial number and model number are included. Be sure to provide us with your email address so you can proceed easily to the next steps.

• Email will be sent asking you to review and approve your incentive details as outlined on your online incentive submission form.

• Check will be mailed to you within 4 to 8 weeks from the day of the installation.
